Packages
Pro-tip: To have and to hold is to keep your drinks cold! Bartenders like to be in the shade and so does your beer.
Bartender $50 an hour, per bartender. (I require 1 bartender every 75-100 guests)
A Certified, Insured, Professional Bartender for your event will arrive 1-2 hours before event start time. They will be dressed in professional attire with essential bar tools. They will be ready to serve you and your guests at your event start time.
Mixer Packages:
Mixer Package ($6 per person +bartender fee)
Includes: bartender(s), wine and bottle opener, wine tub, 100 qt cooler (hold 3 cases of beer), ice bin, ice scoop, bar tools, napkin caddy, beverage napkins, straws, lemons, limes, ICE (only enough ice for 3 beer brands and 3 wine brands), Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, tonic water, soda water, water, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, Sours mix, 9 oz plastic cups for cocktails & 12 oz plastic cups for beers.
Per Person Pricing will vary upon guest count, hours and amount of wine and beer brands. Please inquire below to receive our package options.

Signature Cocktail Add on
Add a unique experience to any of our packages with a Signature cocktail. We will custom create for your event and you can name it!
The shopping package - 30% of total alcohol bill. (limited space available)(2 drinks per hour, maximum guests 150) (Bartender(s) Shop and deliver only)

Glassware Rental (orders must equal $500.00) REQUIRES 2 BAR BACKS!
Barback fee: Barbacks required for glassware rental, Self-serve beverage container champagne table, tent rental, large estates, Lauxmont Farms – sunken garden, Conestoga House and Gardens, concerts, guest count over 200 guests, catering bar rental, champagne tables, or pouring champagne on tables and anything that requires extra heavy lift or long distances (KEGS NOT INCLUDED).
Tent Rental $100 + barback fee
Self-Serve beverage station: $1.50 per guests, per container + barback fee. Includes water (cucumber, or mint, or rose), or tea (peach or sweet) or lemonade (original or lavender) with cups, ice, beverage napkins and garnishes.
